- Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:- Sale or discounted products.
- Customized or made-to-order items.
- Used, washed, or damaged items caused by the customer.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
- Return Process
To initiate a return:- Contact us at hello@ayshaaura.com within the eligible return period.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back to the provided return address. Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Exchange Policy
We may offer exchanges for:- Damaged or defective items.
