    • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.
    • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided.
    Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Sale or discounted products.
    • Customized or made-to-order items.
    • Used, washed, or damaged items caused by the customer.
    • Products without original tags or packaging.
  3. Return Process
    To initiate a return:

    • Provide your order number and reason for return.
    • Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
    • Ship the item back to the provided return address. Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  4. Refund Policy
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
    • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
    • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
